Descendants of International Friends Visit the Museum

Recently, Sarah Stuart, the grandniece of the international friend Rewi Alley, and the Ye Kai couple (Ye Kai is the son of Ruth F. Weiss), visited the Museum while in China to attend the September 3rd Military Parade. "We are very proud to be invited to attend the commemoration of the 80th anniversary of the victory of the Chinese People's War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War. This is an affirmation of the outstanding contributions made by our ancestors in fighting side by side with the Chinese people against fascism." They added that they would inherit and carry forward the spiritual legacy left by their ancestors and play an active role in promoting international cooperation and cultural exchanges.
