Call for Donation

Since its establishment, the Shanghai Jewish Refugees Museum has gone through a long journey of collecting historical materials and received great support from enthusiasts from all walks of life at home and abroad for many years. At first, the museum exhibited only some copied materials, photographs, oil paintings, and videos. Afterwards, many historical materials were collected by the museum through various ways, such as receiving former Jewish refugees and their descendants who visited the museum, holding touring exhibitions overseas, and visiting the neighbourhood around the museum. Today, there are over 10,000 pieces of objects in the museum’s collection.

In order to present the history of European Jews taking refuge in Shanghai during World War II in a more comprehensive, three-dimensional and authentic way, the museum calls for donation worldwide and sincerely looks forward to your support.
