David Rockefeller Visits the Museum-Shanghai Jewish Refugees Museum

On November 9th, David Rockefeller, former Chairman of the Rockefeller Foundation, visited the Museum with his wife, Susan Rockefeller.

The entire visit lasted for one and a half hours. Mrs. and Mr. Rockefeller showed great interest in the tour, and asked some questions related to historical details. Seeing the stories of Blumenthal and Peter Max, he said that the two were famous in the United States, but he didn't know about their experiences in Shanghai until today.

Mr. Rockefeller was amazed to see the photos of the "Jews and Shanghai" exhibition held by the Museum at Rockefeller Center in New York in 2013.

After the visit, he said that he would introduce the Museum to more people.
