On March 4th, the print exhibition "Warm Memories Preserved in Urban Architecture" opens at the Ba-luo-ho Art Space of the Shanghai Jewish Refugees Museum. The exhibition will last for three months. The eight works on display were all created by the painter Wu Jieping. The works depict the buildings related to the history of Jews in Shanghai, such as the Sassoon House, the Ohel Moshe Synagogue, and the Ohel Rachel Synagogue. The artistic form of printmaking endows this period of history with a sense of aged traces.
Wu Jieping is a famous painter in China and his works are collected by many libraries and museums.
